Project Description
As Executive Producer, I built out a booth activation for the Riot Games Recruiting team at AfroTech 2025, the largest Black tech conference in the United States. The activation was designed to position Riot as a destination employer for Black professionals in tech, gaming, and creative fields.
The booth featured hands-on interaction with Riot’s games and technology, direct engagement with team members from Riot Noir (Riot’s Black employee resource group), and recruiting conversations around newly posted roles and internship opportunities. The goal was not just visibility but real pipeline building.

Impact
The activation placed Riot Games directly in front of one of the most concentrated audiences of Black tech talent in the country. The booth served as both a brand awareness play and a functional recruiting tool, connecting Riot’s hiring teams with candidates across engineering, design, production, marketing, and other disciplines. It reinforced Riot’s commitment to building a more representative workforce through intentional presence at the spaces where that talent gathers.
