Project Description
As Executive Producer, I supported the production of partner booth activations at the Worlds 2025 Championship Fan Fest (LoL Carnival) in Chengdu, China. The Carnival spanned six days across multiple venues in the Chunxi Road district, featuring eight interactive zones and twelve brand partner activations.
I also produced the full influencer experience at Worlds, including the pre-party, VIP suite experience during finals, and after-party programming. The influencer track was designed to give creators meaningful access to the event while generating authentic content that extended the reach of Worlds beyond the venue.

Impact
Worlds 2025 was the largest League of Legends Championship event to date in terms of on-the-ground fan programming. The LoL Carnival transformed an entire commercial district into a fan experience destination, and the partner activations I oversaw were central to that footprint. The influencer programming extended the event’s cultural reach well beyond Chengdu, with creator content driving visibility across global platforms throughout the tournament.
