Project Description
In collaboration with Riot Games, I executed the League of Legends Influencer + Press Summit — a two-day global influencer and press event designed to immerse top-tier guests in the next evolution of the League of Legends universe. Held in Los Angeles, the summit previewed new IP launches and celebrated player-first storytelling through curated gameplay demos, exclusive content reveals, and intimate brand moments.
My role began mid-project when the original lead stepped out, and I took over full ownership of production logistics, vendor management, internal communications, and on-site execution. I worked across multiple teams including Global Brand, Influencer Marketing, Events, and Partnerships to ensure every detail reflected Riot’s worldbuilding excellence.
